Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place your jewelry in its original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all items are securely tucked into their Mejuri pouches.
Attach Your Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your drop-off receipt. We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
